I would like to say offer novel knowledge is one of the best business strategy. This strategy helps us to understand the hidden knowledge of business and it provides ease in decision making. I used to work tyre manufacturing company and they always post putting more money, time and effort in marketing. Whenever they introduce new technology, they always do marketing via banners, posters, novels or social media. This strategy helps them to increase their customer counts. In my opinion we should be more clear about our business so people can make their decisions easily and we will get the loyal customers or clients.

In my opinion, I think big data analytics adds a competitive edge in your company. Data provides a huge competitive edge and it is a source of growth for the organizations. For example, I work for an electric vehicle manufacturing company. For my current company, we are collecting a lot of data for batteries manufacturing. There are not many companies out there manufacturing batteries and all the EV companies are buying their batteries from LG, Samsung, Panasonic and all the other large battery manufacturers. But by having all these data, we are able to manufacture our own batteries and potentially lower our cost a lot (Chakraborty, 2021). It provides a competitive edge to my company because other electric vehicle manufacturers are not producing their own batteries and they are buying batteries from some other company. By using big data analytics to manufacture our own batteries, we vertically integrated the manufacturing process and making the manufacturing process more traceable. It improves the quality of the car too.

What I learned from the class knowledge management helps me to gain ideas how to apply the knowledge to make business competitive in the global economy. The most important concept is to sharing knowledge and sharing globally. The world is dynamic. One change happened on the east will lead to the change in the west. The future is unpredictable. The firms’ future is tightly linked to the changes of the world. Because the world is alternating, the business can bring sucess to the country so that employees gain creative and new ideas to alter the business and the world. Creating knowledge occurs in a formalized way where we are directed by the controllers on which feedback to select and the type of information we are required to obtain. The majority of the information we use in the organization is embodied and personal. We have to request the authority of the management to assess their willingness before utilizing this information or before creating the reports (Hislop et al., 2018).
