Part One

  • Ableism
  • Provide a clear and thorough definition, description, and background of the ideologies chosen.
  • Explain how these ideologies impact access to the following:

  • Education

Part Two

  • Create a list of discriminatory behaviors to be prohibited by the organization.
  • Research recent cases of discriminatory behavior on the EEOC website.
  • Select one case and write a 250-500 word summary.
  • Provide an explanation of the connection between the discriminatory behavior in the case and one of the ideologies defined and explained in part one. Be sure to address the consequences of the discriminatory behavior at the heart of the EEOC case.
