1- I thought this work was the hardest because I can’t stay focused, I went over the recap of the video a little to get an idea of what they were talking about. What caught my attention the most was the fact that many companies are looking for people to work, and they don’t have the people to work. I think that because many people are afraid of Covid, they prefer to work from home, so they don’t have contact with other people, and others because of laziness prefer to take unemployment benefits and they won’t work.
2- I agree with Tom lee and his opinion on the fact that we need to keep moving forward with getting thing back to normal and keeping things at a growing pace. Of course, one of the big take aways was the shortage of employees due to the new variant and people being worried to work. All of us just need to take measures and big steps to keep moving forward rather than staying stagnant.
