CLASSROOM OBSERVATION:
 
Mary Jackson uses direct instruction in teaching a lesson in her Accounting I class.  Throughout the lesson, she engages students with questions and analysis.  She also recognizes that her students were not as familiar with spreadsheets as she initially thought.  Her reflection at the end of the lesson is particularly insightful.
