Instructions
You are a practice manager for a large physician group. After discussion with the physicians, your practice decides it is important to participate in an HIE. You are asked to research an HIE organization in your region and/or state. You are going to prepare a presentation for the physicians with the information.
Items to include in your presentation:
- Name of HIE and location
- Number of years the HIE has been operating
- Website of HIE
- Brief description of the HIE
- How does the practice join the HIE
- Benefits of joining the HIE
- Any other key information you need the physicians to know from your research
Requirements
- PowerPoint (10-12 content slides, in addition to a title slide, and a reference slide)
- APA format
- Minimum two resources
