Discussion: What’s Your Pitch?

Strategic alliances can help your business reach more people, and more places, and help expand the impact of the business. This video explains how alliances can work, and how they can fail, and how working together can help achieve win-win collaborations for everyone involved.

Instructions
This week you will create a podcast pitch using Zoom explaining to potential businesses and leaders why your nanotechnology branch would be an excellent choice for an alliance or partnership. You should explain clear strategic reasons for supply chain partnering, explaining important forms of collaboration that will create value for both organizations. Your podcast (Zoom without video) should be no more than two minutes in length.
Listen to at least two of your peer’s podcasts and provide feedback discussing more reasons for creating alliances and partnerships.
Evaluation
The following materials will outline the structure of a discussion, how to submit and reply to a discussion posting, and how your work will be evaluated using the rubric grading tool. Please review them carefully and post any questions you have in the module Q&A discussion forum. Review the rubric carefully and contact your instructor if anything is unclear to you.
