- Choose one local, state, or national nursing organization other than American Nurses Association (ANA) that has an interest in policy development and advocacy. Include the following criteria in the post:

- Identify the organization’s mandates or objectives/goals
- Describe the policy goals (if they have written one)
- Discuss policy products (briefs, positions statements, White Papers, social media)
- Assess the webpage that outlines their political activity
- Describe the mechanisms for nurses to engage in the activity
